Owner Spotlight: Kyle Jarzmik

I’m Kyle Jarzmik, proud owner of Kyle Jarzmik Law.

I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better. Certainly, I look forward to spending this time with you.

The part of my work which find the most enjoyable is obtaining great results that improve the lives of my clients. I also take pleasure in interacting with the many different people I regularly encounter in various court systems.

I'm in business to provide high quality legal representation and service to my clients. I want to get them the best possible results.

I was born in Chicago. I grew up in Charlotte, NC. I went to college at Wake Forest University and Georgia State University College of Law. I have degrees in Law and Economics.

I have been in business on my own as an attorney and solo practitioner for nearly two years. I represent individuals charged with traffic offences, crimes, and those injured in the State of Georgia.

My responsibilities are varied. My primary legal practice duties include advising my clients, investigating and reviewing cases, negotiating with prosecutors and insurance adjusters on behalf of my clients, appearing in court, and litigating cases. Many days require court appearances. When I'm not in court, I'm either communicating with clients, negotiating on their behalf, conducting legal research, or preparing for court. In addition, I have to manage my business. I work eight to nine hours daily.

My most important decisions are: how to spend my time, where to spend my money in order to grow my business, and deciding which cases I should accept.

The three top skills I rely upon to perform my job are: communicating effectively with people, attention to detail, and sound knowledge of the law. I attribute my success to my ability to communicate and relate to people from all walks of life.

The most satisfying moment of my career and business journey was making the decision to open my own law firm and actually begin representing individuals.

My leadership style has evolved from many examples. I try to find inspirational qualities in different types of people I meet. When it feels right, I emulate their philosophies and practices.

A company I admire is McDonald’s. Their history of growing from a small business to an iconic brand is remarkable. They achieved this and stayed relevant for a loyal customer base over an incredibly long time.

Away from work, I stay fit by working out. I play tennis and golf. I enjoy travel. My pastimes include reading and following professional sports. I like to get out and try new restaurants.

I believe in giving back. I make contributions to the educational institutions I attended. As well I support Hope House, a local center of shelter and support for victims of domestic violence.

I value integrity, honesty, and treating people with respect regardless of their situation.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.

If you, or someone you know needs a criminal defence attorney to protect your rights; I invite you to get in touch.

Sincerely,

Kyle Jarzmik
